It's been a while since I did one of this Dragon Ball Super character art frames (SSJB Kid Gohan).
Just finished redoing the line art and recolored Whis' little brother here. This picture took approximately one hour to redraw and color which isn't that long...

Update: Dragon Ball Super episode 55 revealed via Herms98 on twitter that this
guys name/title is Daishinkai and he is stronger than Whis and Vados!
